Thanks for the shout-out. I was just trying to think what it was I ate the last time we were at Cimmentos. That was an awful dessert. Congrats on the progress. Look forward to the next update.

Some seriously scary clowns, I might add. Not to be ageist, but can we get some non-retired clowns next year?

The worst part is there's no staggering of the construction projects so that the businesses trying to get by can stay healthy. I feel for the poor folks at the Boxcar lounge at the bottom of the bridge that's been closed forever. Out of sight, out of mind!

Made me laugh, thanks. And, no, Wes, simple awareness of the level of corporate string-pulling in both major parties is enough to make many sane citizens lean libertarian.

I like Chris's suggestion: date doesn't have to be dinner-plus. Could just be coffee and muffins or walking through Mill Creek or, well, I don't go on many dates any more, so you probably shouldn't ask me.

Thanks, girl. The plan is clearly against all reason. Hard to understand how it's seen as superior to what we've got. I understand they are justifying it by saying that the street must be modernized with new plumbing and electrical, but at what cost? If it's to be redone, it must preserve and enhance the existing aesthetic.
